Replacing Mailboxes:
Are you in need of a new mailbox? Is your current mailbox barely holding on??
To preserve the beauty and aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood, please repair or replace your mailbox as necessary. For neighborhood cohesion and uniformity, ensure that any replacement or update to your mailbox utilizes only the HOA-approved selections.
5.28.24: Out of the 68 homeowners who were sent the Mailbox Survey, 35 responded. The results were almost evenly split, with 17 voting 'yes' for new mailboxes and 18 voting 'no'. Consequently, the HOA has decided not to procure and install uniform mailboxes and posts for the community.

Regarding the Posts:
Cedar mailbox posts are initially treated with a clear water repellent sealer, but staining is still necessary. For preserving the wood grain appearance while also providing effective UV protection, a Semi-Transparent Stain is advisable.
